Principal
Vince Daly, principal of the The Daly Group, specializes in real estate entitlements for land development. Mr. Daly has been involved in the strategic planning and the implementation of thousands of units within the Southern California market since the 1980's.
Mr. Daly's approach to real estate entitlement is to analyze, and direct projects based on the property's "highest and best use". Implementation of strategies may include open space dedications, tax credits, specific plan amendments, environmental impact reports, general plan amendments, annexations, referendums, and city or countywide elections. Mr. Daly is currently involved in a 1,500-unit, 4000-acre project that will require both City Council and voter approval.
Mr. Daly's primary focus is on the entitlement of master-planned communities. Mr. Daly's understanding of the political, community planning, and environmental process help him to effectively lead projects through to a successful "highest and best use" result.
Mr. Daly received a B. A. Degree in Political Science and Business Administration from the University of Redlands, and is a longstanding member of the Southern California Building Industry Association.
