Daly Group’s Planning Team has extensive knowledge and experience in land use and urban planning, which has allowed us to successfully complete both current and long-range development projects from conceptualization through construction. Their tasks typically include: the preparation of Specific Plans and Master Plans for residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects, preparation of multi-modal transportation plans, and achieving a level of sustainable development pursuant to the U.S Green Building Council standards.

Daly Group’s Entitlement Team applies its expert level of knowledge and experience towards perfecting land use entitlements for public and privately funded development projects. Their primary task is to manage the creative, legislative, political, socioeconomic, legal and financial aspects of a development project from conceptualization to construction. The Entitlement Team has proven it has the expertise and experience required to establish the necessary relationships and partnerships, build community consensus, and provide a wide array of technical analysis, all of which helps to ensure the long-term success of our projects.

Daly Group’s Environmental Team applies its extensive level of knowledge and experience towards the preparation of environmental analysis pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and the acquisition of resource agency permits from the Corps of Engineers, Department of Fish and Game, and Regional Water Quality Control Board.
